I chose Hopson Property Services to market what had been the family home for more than 50 years.

It was, and still is, a very attractive property, but now required a large amount of renovation work. Geoff Holloway impressed right from the start. He made by far the best initial pitch, coming up with a clear, logical plan of how the property would be marketed. As soon as the property went on sale there was a lot of interest, with multiple viewings arranged in the first few days, and the best offer was accepted one week later.

I can’t fault Geoff’s handling of the process – it helped to take a lot of the stress away.

I’ve been a tenant with Hopsons for just over a year now, and couldn’t be happier what a brilliant company Hopsons are, can’t fault them at all, properties are mostly long term which is brilliant as I don’t want to move again, sensible rent prices, maintenance team are 1st class. Richard and the team are so hopeful, highly recommend Hopsons.
